At Enspiremi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Sale items (unless defective)

3. How to Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
